Interested in participating on our 13 and under team?

 

Please email Pinnacletahoevbc@gmail.com if you are interested in joining the 13 and under team.

Mandatory items to complete to commit to your team:

 

  1. Pay Club Fees (non-refundable).
  2. Complete AAU player membership and send in membership card
    1. Go to http://www.aausports.org/ and click on JOIN AAU! button. Youth Program, regular membership. You need to use the club code to be announced.  All members of our club must be AAU members as a requirement for our club non-profit status.
  3. Complete NCVA player membership and send in membership card and the 2 signed forms listed below.
    1. Register and pay online at www.NCVA.com .  Select Pinnacle Tahoe VBC when completing the online form.
      1. If you purchased the NCVA full season membership before the try outs (during Step 1), then you need to log in to your membership and make sure your club is designated as Pinnacle Tahoe VBC.
      2. If you purchased the NCVA Try Out Pass before the try outs (during Step 1), then you need to purchase the full season registration and select Pinnacle Tahoe VBC as your club. Note, the NCVA will not give you a credit for your try out membership fee.
    2. Send copy of your membership card or receipt of your USA Volleyball/NCVA membership to Pinnacletahoevbc@gmail.com.  If you turned this in during try outs, then you do not need to do this again!
    3. USA Volleyball Jr. Medical Release Form >>>  You can also print this from your USA Volleyball/NCVA membership log in. If you turned this in during try outs, then you do not need to do this again! If you turned this in during try outs, then you do not need to turn this form in again!
    4. NCVA Letter of Commitment form >>>  Cannot be dated or signed before 6:00pm on November 12, 2018.

If you need to make special payment arrangements, please contact the Club Director. All special payment arrangements must be agreed upon in writing in advance (email preferred). Pinnacle Tahoe Volleyball Club does not offer any scholarships at this time.

 

Step 4:  Complete online rules clinic before playing

 

The NCVA requires all players and coaches to complete the online rules clinic.  You will need to complete this task and submit your proof of completion before your first tournament. Recommended completion date is January 1, 2019.

 

You will need your NCVA log in username and password to begin the clinic.

What age group do I qualify for?

 

  • 18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2000 or Players who were born on or after September 1, 1999 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year
  • 16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2002
  • 14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2004
  • 12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2006
